Lack of knowledge of the Code and Rules will not keep a licensee out of trouble, and this class is designed to explain the prohibited acts in detail. Sherry will present some real life situations that the Commission has investigated, and she will discuss some of the repercussions that licensees have faced.

The essence of a licensee’s job is to assist with the writing of contracts, and unfortunately many licensees do not have a solid understanding of contracts. This class is designed to explain the OREC standard contracts and forms in detail and answer the everyday questions that licensees have.

To receive credit for the course you must be present at the beginning of the course and present the entire time. Workshops are subject to change without notice. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in class.
