Request for Publications
The following procedures will apply when requesting forms, pamphlets, and/or books:
- Please
contact the Administrative Services
Department at (405) 521-3387 or toll free at 1-866-521-3389, at least
24 hours prior
to schedule a pick up. In cases where prior
arrangements have not been made a short wait time may be necessary. If
you are calling to order examination applications please ask for the Education and Licensing Department.
- All forms, pamphlets, and codebooks are limited in quanitiy
as there are only a limited number available. More information
can be given at the time the order is placed.
- All
publications can be mailed by pre-paying for postage and handling fees
- you will be advised of this amount at the time the order is
placed. This fee must be recieved before order is mailed. Forms of
payment accepted by mail are personal check, cashiers check, or
money order. Do NOT send cash. The OREC is unable to accept payment by
phone.
- All
forms, pamphlets and codebooks that are
developed by the OREC are available on our website under the
Publications links, and have no copyright and can therefore be copied.
- Any one picking up items must check in at the
front desk and items will be brought to you. Only OREC staff will
be allowed in the publications area to retrieve the necessary items.
