Mitigation Benefit-Coast Analysis Toolkit
FEMA (under U.S. Department of Homeland Security) provides cost-benefit analysis toolkits for mitigation projects. These toolkits typically include Adobe PDF manuals, Excel spreadsheets, and MS Word documents. FEMA will provide the downloadable software at www.bchelpline.com. In addition, the tools provided in the software are: the BCA Checklist, Manuals, Helpline, BCA for Earthquake/Flood/Hurricane/Tornado/Wildfire, Case Studies, Training, and Data Derivation.
