OEM has 31 employees working at the State office in the Will Rogers-Sequoyah tunnel complex located on the grounds of the State Capitol Park. Additionally, the agency provides funding and/or assistance for more than 300 local emergency managers and their organizations in the 77 counties across Oklahoma. OEM reports directly to the Governor. Below is a list of agency directors and managers.
