Visitor parking is on the West side of the Will Rogers Building (yellow markings, 2 hour limit). Parking on any other spaces is subject to ticketing.

Everyone must purchase the flags (including Eagle Scouts) and bring them to Capitol Patrol at the Capitol Building. Capitol Patrol will fly the flags and present them to you with a certificate. Please contact Highway Patrol office at 405-702-0911 or fax number 405-521-6457 for assistance.

The Department of Central Services may require you to have insurance before you submit an application to reserve an area. Insurance would be for your protection should damages occur.

Balloons and candles are prohibited. Please read the State Capitol or Plaza Reservation Conditions listed on DCS/Facilities Services Form-002. The form may be accessed at the Department of Central Services website under DCS Forms.
