1. How can I obtain a flag that has been flown over the Capitol Building? How can Eagle Scouts obtain these flags and are they free?
Everyone must purchase the flags (including Eagle Scouts) and bring them to Capitol Patrol at the Capitol Building. Capitol Patrol will fly the flags and present them to you with a certificate. The Governor of the State of Oklahoma can be contacted by phone at 405-521-2342, by fax at 405-521-3317, or by e-mail at www.governor.state.ok.us. The physical address is State Capitol, Room 212, 2300 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. The Department of Central Services may require you to have insurance before you submit an application to reserve an area. Insurance would be for your protection should damages occur.

7. Can I have balloons or unlit candles on the State Capitol rotundas or Capitol Plazas?
Balloons and candles are prohibited. Please read the State Capitol or Plaza Reservation Conditions listed on DCS/Facilities Services Form-002. The form may be accessed at the Department of Central Services website under DCS Forms.
