• May 5, 2009 - Quality Oklahoma Team Day

On May 5, 2009, the Office of Personnel Management is hosting Quality Oklahoma Team Day to recognize employee innovation, collaboration, and accomplishment in state agencies. Stop by the Capitol rotunda from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. to see what Facilities Management is doing to protect the environment, save tax-payer money, and reduce energy consumption! 

• April 22, 2009 - Earth Day CFL Exchange

Celebrate Earth Day by leaving a Green Fingerprint on your task lighting! On April 22, 2009, Earth Day, a DCS Facilities Management representative will make an offer to anyone using energy-wasting, incandescent bulbs in state-operated buildings. The offer will be to trade incandescent bulbs for 13-watt Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulbs.
