Building	Project	Status
Agriculture, Connor's, Hodge, Library, ODOT, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Will Rogers	Generator Replacements	All new generators are in place. Start ups and final testing still to be completed.
Agriculture	New Laboratory Building	All floors & roof have been poured. All trades on site. Mechanical duct second & third floor installed. Main fire line and branch lines run on second & third floors. Equipment pads have been poured. Roofers scheduled to begin the 28th.
All DCS Managed Buildings	Maintenance Software	Harold continues with the development of the hierarchy for database.
All DCS Managed Buildings	Facility Condition Assessment	Held webinar with VFA on June 23rd to review some of the report data. Analyzing data and development of long term deferred maintenance plan just beginning.
Bank Building	Banking Commission	On schedule for final on July 12th. Interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, painting, continue. Building power has been established by OG&E.
Capitol	Replacing Cooling Tower	Design documents complete.
C & P	HVAC System Redesign	Design documents complete. Under final review by Facilities.
Connor's	5th Floor Renovation	Bids closed and accepted. JL Walker was accepted bid. Notice of acceptance was processed by Facilities to the CPO on June 23rd.
Connor's	3rd Floor Renovation	On hold due to Tax Commission funding setbacks.
Connor's	South Emergency Egress	Contract has been awarded. Materials have been ordered by Metro Glass. 5-6 week lead time on materials.
Connor's / Hodge	AHU Damper repairs	Installation of new dampers is complete at both buildings. . Installation of the new DDC controllers and programming continue.
Denver Davison	Cooling Tower Replacement	On hold design fee under review by Facilities.
Denver Davison	Boiler Drafting	Design at 95% and being reviewed by Facilities staff.
Hissom	Asbestos Abatement - 4 Buildings	Report received from High Plains. Only remaining asbestos identified in the report is some 9” floor tile and it’s mastic.
Hodge	Freight Elevator Repair	Contractor still waiting on delivery of all materials. Scheduled to begin work first week of July.
Jim Thorpe	Access system for loading dock and freight elevator	Rodney continues working with tenant agencies in completing access control forms. Training on system operation and badge creation has been taking place.
Jim Thorpe	Cooling Tower Replacement	Design fee under review by Facilities.
Jim Thorpe	Controls Design	Design fee requested by Facilities.
Library	Bay Lighting Control	Design is at 95%. Awaiting final electrical drawings.
Mansion	Heating System Redesign	Design completed. Secondary options being discussed for Greening of the Mansion.
Mansion	Cooling & Air System	Awaiting completion of design documents.
ODOT	Freight elevator Room Partition	Design complete. Under review by Facilities.
ODOT	Overhead Doors, Garage Area	Design complete. Under review by Facilities.
Parks	New fence (Oil Derrick South Entrance	Dave has final plans & is working on value engineering.
Sequoyah	Upgrade Access System	Personnel information being programmed, card design being developed. Once these items are complete, new cards can be created & the system will be operational.
Tulsa	Floor Tile Replacement	Ceramic tile installation on-going. Joe has received considerable positive feedback from building tenants.
Will Rogers	Replacement of Access System	Installation complete. Loading user information. Personnel information will be loaded next week
Will Rogers	Snack Bar Renovation	Facilities staff has begun demolition of the area. Waiting further design instructions from DRS
Will Rogers	Lobby	Fee proposal accepted. Design work being prepared
Will Rogers	Floor tile replacement in basement & tunnel halls	Tunnel area and ramp complete. Due to other commitments this project is on temporary hold.
