ABOUT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

General Information
Facilities Management (FM) is responsible for the following programs within the agency:

• Property Management, including operations and maintenance of most state owned buildings in the Capitol Complex, including the State Capitol and Governor’s Mansion Compound. We also operate state owned buildings in Tulsa. The total space managed is approximately 2 million square feet.
• Maintenance of the State Capitol Park and the Mansion Grounds, which consists of approximately 100 acres of landscaped properties surrounding the Capitol Complex.
