Consultant, CM, and DB Firms Lists

CAP maintains a registry of Design Consultants, which serves as the pool of firms available for selection for State agency projects.

Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors and other Design consultants interested in providing services to the State are invited to submit a completed CAP 254 Form annually to be included in the selection process.  You may obtain this form (and many others) by clicking on DCS Forms.

Construction Managers interested in providing services to the State are invited to submit a completed CAP 305CM form annually to be included in the Construction Manager selection process.  This form and others may be obtained by clicking on DCS Forms.

Consultants and Construction Managers who have previously registered with Construction and Properties are invited to review their information currently on file to verify that the information is complete and accurate.

Registration using the CAP Form 254 or A305CM form is valid for 1 (one) year.

• The attached files list each firm that submitted a CAP 254 or A305CM form during the last thirteen months.
• The listing shows the last submittal date, which is the date the form was received in the CAP office.
• Check the submittal date to determine if the CAP 254 or A305CM is expired or about to expire.

It is the Consultant's responsibility to provide an updated form annually.
