Provide quality and effective human resource services which support the agency in the achievement of the Department's mission, values, and goals, and which maximizes the professional development of all agency staff.
General Information
Human Resources is responsible for managing a variety of agency and employee support functions. Areas of responsibility include health, dental, life and disability insurance; worker's compensation; retirement; deferred compensation; grievance management, progressive discipline issues; employee recruitment and selection; Affirmative Action/EEO; ADA; FMLA; new employee orientation; record maintenance; and supervisory training.
