Employee Awards
The Department of Central Services Public Employee Recognition Committee (PERC) established the Employee of the Quarter/Year Program to formally recognize DCS employees for their dedication, professionalism and outstanding contributions to the agency and state service. Employees are nominated by their peers who submit nominations on a quarterly basis to their respective Division Administrators and supervisors. The PERC Committee and Human Resources Division reviews each nomination to ensure each employee meets requirements to be considered as a nominee.  Final selections are made by the Director and Chief of Staff. 

Those honored as the "Employee of the Quarter" are recognized at quarterly meetings of DCS employees. Honorees are presented with an "Employee of the Quarter" award certificate, a congratulatory letter from the Director and a gift certificate. Employees selected also merit consideration for the annual Employee of the Year award.

The Department of Central Services is truly committed to quality and recognizes the value of our human resources.  It is my pleasure to recognize the efforts and performance excellence of my employees through this program.
