ADMINISTRATOR OF THE OMES DIVISION OF CAPITAL ASSETS MANAGEMENT

The Administrator of the OMES Division of Capital Assets Management (formerly the Department of Central Services) oversees 6 business departments and 2 administrative units positioned to expediently deliver the highest quality services to its customers throughout Oklahoma state government. Among the enterprise business departments are the Office of Facilities Management, Construction and Properties, Fleet Management, Risk Management, Property Reutilization, and Central Printing-Interagency Mail. Administrative units include Audit Services and Board and Commission Support (OCIA, PERB and CMZIC).

Prior to serving as the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) DCAM administrator, Ms. Day served as the assistant Secretary of State under Gov. Mary Fallin. She has more than 22 years of public service with the State of Oklahoma, including time as the general counsel with the former Department of Central Services.
